YOGA WALL: PRIVATE SESSIONS WITH MELLARA GOLD
OPEN DOORS™ YOGA STUDIOS | NORWELL, MA

ABOUT

The Great Yoga Wall provides a customized yoga experience in a private session using wall-mounted equipment designed to enhance your practice. You will work one-on-one with a teacher who tailors the session to meet your unique needs and goals. While the teacher offers personalized guidance and adjustments, the wall's straps and supports assist you in achieving proper alignment, deepening stretches, and building strength. This targeted, individualized approach allows you to explore the benefits of yoga and address any concerns, questions, or curiosities about your evolving yoga practice. All are welcome!

Note: Due to inversions, the Yoga Wall is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, detached retinas, glaucoma, or during menstruation.
